Good news: We’re extending the submission deadline!

We are happy to announce that we’re pushing the deadline back. Submissions are now due Monday, April 24th at 11:30 pm EDT. We hope to give everyone a bit more time to complete your project and make your submission amazing.  Remember, make sure your submission meets all of the requirements.

Lilly HBCU Virtual Hackathon checklist:
  • Built or updated a software application that helps solve one of the problem statements.
  • Used at least one of the following tools that Lilly software engineers use.
  • Share a link to your live project for the judges to test it out.
  • Gave access to your project’s GitHub repository by making it public or granting collaborator access to LillyHBCUHack@Lilly.com and testing@devpost.com.
  • Created a 3-5 minute video that introduces your team and project to the world. The video must highlight your project’s features and show how you used the tools listed above.
  • Added all teammates to the submission form on Devpost and reminded them to accept the invitation.
We want to thank all of those who have already submitted projects and hope you can take this time to make any final tweaks to your projects and submissions. You can also use this week to submit a second project if you would like.   We appreciate the time and energy put into the projects so far.
