Parental Consent Form

Every eligible entrant under the age of 18 is required to have one parent or legal guardian sign a CONSENT FORM and deliver it to the hackathon Manager.

Forms must be provided to Devpost using the below form. Failure to complete and submit the necessary consent form before the submission deadline will result in any submission of the Entrant being ineligible.
